Reviews
Great cookbook--recipes you see on the show and multiple examples of different ones. It is NOT an easy cookbook to use--the recipes are complicated and advanced. If you enjoy cooking gourmet dishes and are willing to put in the time required, it's a great companion piece to the show. If you want a cookbook with easy-to-prepare dishes, this is not for you.
